Orders are dispatched within 2 weeks at the moment, if not sooner.

If you need your item by a certain date, please email me and I will do my best to get the item to you quickly.

 

Postage Costs

Postage is included on all items in the UK with Royal Mail or Evri.

Postage to Northern Ireland will be posted with Royal Mail or Evri.

Postage to Europe and worldwide is sent with Royal Mail and tracked. Any postage that has been overcharged will be returned to you ASAP.

Please can you check that you have added the correct postage before submitting your order.

Europe

1st class large letter - T-shirt, phone case, notebook, jewellery and colouring book (small thin items)

1st class small parcel - Cold cup, mugs, bundles and sweatshirts (more bulky items)

All Other Countries

1st class large letter - Phone case, jewellery, stickers (small thin lightweight items)

1st class small parcel - Notebook, colouring book.

1st class medium parcel - Cold cups, mugs, T-shirt, sweatshirt (small box size)

1st class large parcel - Bundles with cups etc, multiple large items 

  Returns

Personalised items are not refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn and unwashed

Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a fully tracked and signed service, we are unable to refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels.

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the first day de;overt was attempted. If you return something outside of the returns policy, you will receive Store Credit.
